The goal of Latin Funk Dance® Motivational Team Building is to create an atmosphere of fun, friendly, social awareness that leaves your team working together and enjoying themselves as one. Absolutely no dance experience is necessary for this workshop.

TEAM BUILDING BREAKDOWN - Gustavo begins by giving a basic understanding of rhythm by using: clapping techniques, shakers, maracas and live congas while you learn to create music together & move to your own beat. You will then learn a fun mix of 5 basic Latin dance styles (Salsa, Mambo, Cumbia, Cha Cha Cha and Merengue) mixed with Afro/Funk elements. Your team will let loose with Gustavo’s contagious and unique high energy Latin Funk music.

All of this will be done in a non-intimidating interactive environment where everybody will move with ease and flavor participating in a series of fun dance games and exercises. (i.e. mirror image dance and circle dance) are two examples of how participants work on self-confidence, sharing and trust through exciting and original dance moves. The workshop concludes with a team dance performance utilizing dance styles that they learned throughout the workshop. No pencils, no papers, just a fun, interactive, unique dance experience!
